Terms & Conditions
The reservation and purchase through Phuketbooking.com, the property of Interdev Networkare subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this site, effecting any reservation or purchase of any product or service with Phuketbooking.com, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified in this Agreement .
By effecting a reservation or purchase, you also represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age and capacity to create binding legal obligations in relation to the access and use of our products and/or services. All information supplied by you is true, current, complete and accurate.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy will be applicable once your booking is confirmed.  To cancel your booking, please send an e-mail stated the Booking ID number to info@phuketbooking.com.

1. Cancellation more than 16 days before arrival, THB500 or 10% of charges whichever is higher will be applied.
2. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total charges will be applied.
3. Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival, 75% of total charges will be applied.
4. Cancellation less than 5 days prior to arrival,               100% of the charges will be applied.

Refund

Refund will be made at the discretion of Phuketbooking.com only if your cancellation is made apart from the time period stated in the cancellation policy above.

Amendment

Our amendment policy will be applicable once your booking is confirmed. To amend your booking, please send an e-mail stated the Booking ID number to info@phuketbooking.com.

1. Amendment made less than 10 days to arrival to reduce the number of nights booked,  THB500 will be applied.
2. Amendment made less than 5 days to arrival to reduce the number of nights booked, 10% of charge will be applied.

No Show
In case the clients fail to check in at the hotel, the no show charge will be applicable depending on the hotel policy that Phuketbooking.com will inform you by e-mail to suggest the no show charge as reasonable as possible.

Payment
All reservations are to be made through Credit Card. Visa card is accepted. The credit card detail is not required until the confirmation of the booking. Phuketbooking.com  will not keep any detail about the clients’ credit card. The payment will be made directly by yourself through the credit card payment gateway for security and reliability.

Price

Prices show in Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollar (USD) and are subject to be changed without prior notice depending on the currency exchange rates. Phuketbooking.com shall not be held liable for any exchange rate losses incurred by you as a result of any transaction effected.
The rates quoted are subject to local government and goods & service taxes as applicable. You agree to pay all local and other governmental taxes due for rental and services. All amounts quoted are exclusive of such taxes unless otherwise stated.

The above terms and conditions will be effective unless there are special conditions that should be applied which will be noticed on the time of reservation.
